Job description

Flexstaff isseeking an LPN on a part-time basis for our client in Elliot Erie, NY.

Pay: $40.00 an hour

Location: Middletown, NY (Elliot Erie) ACF on-site location

Schedule: Parttime working 3 days per week & rotating alternate weekends. (must have flexibility with days assigned to work & hours would vary from 7:00a.m-5: 00p.m)

Salary: $105,000- $110,000

Responsibilities:

The LPN will work out of their ACF on-site location.

Requirements:

 NYS LPN License

Must have own vehicle
