SYNERGY HomeCare is an independently owned and operated national company renowned for high-quality home care, and we are we’re hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we’d love to meet you.


This is a part-time position 12-20 hours in Stockbridge/Munith/Chelsea

Duties

  • Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders

  • Aid clients in their personal care needs including showering, dressing, and toileting.

  • Provide transportation to clients to attend doctors appointments, run errands, outings etc. (Mileage is reimbursed).

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.

  • Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling.

  • Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
