Part-time Leasing Consultant

Reports to: Property Manager

Location: Tyler, Texas

Units:

Salary: $18.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living

Summary:

The Abby is looking for a competent Part-Time Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities of our 140-unit residential apartment community. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.

  • Answer phones, greet potential prospects, show apartments, and maintain current traffic and telephone logs
  • Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner

  • Validate application information and references
  • Prepare lease agreements
  • Present leasing terms and close agreements
