These benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, or other perks that are usually reserved for full-time employees. The specific benefits and eligibility requirements can vary by employer, so it's important to clarify with the company what is included. While benefits can vary by employer, many part-time positions now offer perks such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, though often on a prorated basis compared to full-time roles. Eligibility requirements—such as minimum weekly hours—may apply, so it's important to clarify these details during the application process. Part-time employees may also have access to professional development opportunities and employee discounts. These benefits can make part-time roles a great option for those seeking work-life balance without sacrificing essential coverage.
