Position Summary
This posting will be used to maintain a pool of eligible adjunct faculty members to meet part-time teaching needs in the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction
Candidates will teach civil engineering courses as required by the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction, Teaching will normally entail preparing teaching materials, giving lectures, overseeing laboratories, project work, grading, and/or developing assessment mechanisms. Course assignments will be determined by departmental needs and candidate background.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in civil engineering or closely related engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in civil engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
  • Candidates with extensive practical experience are highly encouraged to apply .
