About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, communicating with manufacturers and vendors, and ensuring warranty work is properly documented and submitted for reimbursement.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with deadlines, and has excellent attention to detail. Automotive or dealership warranty experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly.
  • Review repair orders to ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, service advisors, technicians, and management regarding warranty claims.
  • Follow up on rejected, pending, or unpaid claims.
  • Correct and resubmit rejected claims when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
  • Monitor claim status and ensure timely payment.
  • Research warranty policies, procedures, and coverage guidelines.
  • Assist with warranty audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.
