In this unarmed patrol role, you will complete routine rounds, respond to site needs, and deliver customer service with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity in a caring, innovative culture.

Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a fast-paced technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site expectations.
• Assist with monitoring alarms, cameras, and other site systems, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
