Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication of HVAC sheet metal products
• Operate hand tools and basic fabrication equipment under supervision
• Measure, mark, cut, and assemble sheet metal components
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support experienced fabricators with daily production tasks
• Learn fabrication processes and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or another skilled trade is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
