Are you looking for a rewarding career? Look no further. Amoroso Woodridge is a long-term care/short-term rehabilitation facility located in Harrisburg, PA. We are currently looking for an individual to fill our part-time receptionist position. This individual loves working with residents from all walks of life. Our ideal candidate is dedicated, caring, compassionate, reliable, and understanding. This position fills Monday- Friday (4 hours each day) and every 3rd weekend (8 hours Sat, 8 hours Sun.)
In this role you will:
  • The receptionist is responsible for responding to the incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors in a manner that conveys a friendly, caring, interested, helpful, and home-like atmosphere.
  • Will also assist with administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Answer the telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver messages.
  • Greet visitors and guests and provide direction and/or connection to the right person.
  • Ensure there is an ample supply of forms used and make copies as needed
  • Provide clerical support to include: typing, filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping to the Administrator and other Directors, and Nursing Staff.
  • Receive and distribute mail, and ensure outgoing mail is mailed daily.
  • Develop a system of organization of records and file maintenance, and ensure organized maintenance of the system.
  • Attend in-service trainings, applicable staff development events, and staff meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
