Job Purpose: Join us as our next Psychiatrist and help expand access to high-quality mental health care across Arizona. We welcome Child Psychiatrists, Adult Psychiatrists, or providers licensed to treat both. In this impactful clinical role, you'll focus on the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of psychiatric conditions for a diverse patient population. This is a strictly clinical position, giving you the space to focus on what matters most: patient care.

What You Will Do:

  • Make a Meaningful Impact: Diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and/or adults in alignment with your licensure and clinical focus.
  • Deliver Personalized Care: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs.
  • Lead with Clinical Excellence: Prescribe and manage medications using evidence-based practices, while monitoring treatment effectiveness.
  • Thrive in Team-Based Care: Collaborate with behavioral health, primary care, and support teams in an integrated care model.

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child, Adult, or both).
  • Active DEA license and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
  • 3–5 years of experience preferred; recent residency graduates also encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance for credentialing purposes.
