They are responsible for designing, developing, and testing interactive applications, games, or simulations using Unreal Engine, typically working fewer hours than full-time developers. Their tasks may include programming with C++, creating blueprints, optimizing graphics, and troubleshooting technical issues. Part time Unreal Engine developers often collaborate with artists, designers, and other programmers to bring creative projects to life. They may work remotely or onsite for game studios, architectural firms, or other organizations needing real-time 3D solutions.

What are the typical responsibilities and collaborative expectations for a part time Unreal Engine developer within a project team?
