We're looking for a Gaming Engine Developer with the skills and creativity needed to build XR and Digital Twin solutions from vision to production-ready system.
As an agile developer with the expertise needed to help solve our client's toughest problems, you enjoy working collaboratively with others and have a commitment to customer satisfaction and process improvement. You love the challenge of developing new solutions for a wide range of complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. You are adaptable to new development environments and eager to work with and learn new technologies. Develop, optimize, and transition immersive and digital twin prototypes to robust implementations in augmented, virtual, and mixed reality across markets and industries. Maintain and enhance a strong knowledge profile of emerging technologies and provide input on pros and cons on combinations of such technologies for building immersive and digital twin solutions. Collaborate with a team of software developers, artists, and designers from varying technical backgrounds to solve complex problems and develop novel systems and solutions.

  • 2+ years of experience with 3D software development
  • 2+ years of experience with C# or C++
  • Experience with software development life cycle processes or Agile development, including Scrum or rapid prototyping

  • Experience with source control, including Plastic SCM, Git, or SVN
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
