Part-time TV commercials jobs typically involve working as an actor, extra, or crew member in television advertisements on a part-time or project basis. These positions are often flexible and may include roles such as performing in front of the camera, assisting with production, or helping with set design and logistics. Many people pursue these jobs to gain experience in the entertainment industry or to supplement their income. Opportunities are available through casting agencies, online job boards, and production companies. No formal education is usually required, but some roles may prefer candidates with acting or production experience.

Job description

About the Creative Treatment & Pitch Designer position...

We're looking for a freelance/part time Creative Treatment & Pitch Designer to join our award-winning studio-a team driven to craft innovative, cinematic storytelling across every platform. This role is perfect for someone with an exceptional eye for visuals and layout, who thrives in translating ideas into compelling, presentation-ready treatments for a wide spectrum of creative, film, and television projects-from feature films and documentaries to scripted and unscripted series, marketing promos, commercial spots, brand storytelling, and more.

Unlike traditional graphic design roles, this position emphasizes curating imagery, shot selection, and visual storytelling rather than heavy illustration or branding work. You'll design layouts, pair typography with cinematic or photographic visuals, and occasionally craft concise, compelling copy to elevate the tone and vision of each presentation.

What You'll Do:
  • Design visually striking treatments and pitch decks supporting projects across film, television, commercials, promos, and branded storytelling.
  • Pair type, graphic layout, and curated imagery to communicate creative vision.
  • Occasionally write basic creative copy (e.g., titles, tone statements, taglines) to enhance visual presentations.
  • Source and organize reference images from film, photography, and online platforms.
  • Build mood boards and visual tone guides to support creative direction.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creatives to ensure presentations reflect the intended style and storytelling goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout, type, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Keynote, Pitch.com, Adobe InDesign, and ideally After Effects.
  • Keen cinematic sensibility-understands framing, shot selection, and tone.
  • Basic creative copywriting ability (titles, key phrases, descriptive lines).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced timelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with creative teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred (but not required).
Employment Type: PART_TIME
