Overview
Influential is seeking an experienced marketing professional for the role of Vice President, Commercials & Revenue Management. This strategic position focuses on managing client commercials and overseeing revenue tracking to ensure business profitability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Client Commercials
  • Develop fee structures to align staffing and service requirements with business expectations and profitability goals.
  • Analyze marketplace trends and competitive impacts to refine and optimize commercial models.
  • Lead the development of commercial pricing for Creator Marketing Services.
  • Manage comprehensive responses to pitch and procurement needs for Client RFI/RFPs.
  • Confidently present commercial proposals to agency stakeholders and clients, highlighting strategic benefits.

Revenue Tracking
  • Provide operational oversight for revenue reporting and goal delivery in collaboration with client management teams.
  • Oversee teams responsible for data quality and Salesforce control mechanisms to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Analyze revenue reports and partner with Client Management to deliver revenue phasing based on annual targets.
  • Manage staff resourcing and forecasting data to conduct ongoing profitability analysis.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of working experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Experience presenting Commercial Models & Pricing
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing
  • Confidence in presenting pricing models to internal stakeholders
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Expertise in Data Analysis for Financial or Revenue purposes
  • Salesforce Knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Use of Tableau dashboards

Compensation Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $200,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
