Job description

As a Line Cook, you will be assisting with the overall dining program and execution of all aspects of the culinary experience for the property from the daily operation of the restaurant catering and special events. The Line Cook will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, as well as Training Co-workers on an as-needed basis.​This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and enjoys working as part of a tight, fast-moving team.

Team members are expected to follow established policies and procedures while consistently delivering outstanding guest experience


Qualifications:

·         Minimum 1–3 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private club.

·         Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and station organization

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

·         Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

·         Ability to follow recipes and plating standards precisely

·         Dependable attendance and punctuality

·         Maintain required compliance with ServSafe Alcohol/Food, and HACCP standards

·         Ability to work all shift types including weekends and holidays

·         Reliable attendance and punctuality

·         Must be able to speak, read and write English
