Are you an experienced Accounting professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Treasury Professional to provide immediate support during a staffing transition.
Responsibilities- Process and manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support treasury management functions, including cash management and reporting
- Execute online banking transactions and monitor account activity
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Proven background in Accounts Payable processing
- Experience performing bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of treasury management and cash flow processes
