Job description

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This part-time role plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, reporting, and HR support services that contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build HR experience while working a consistent daytime schedule.

Location: Easton, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours/week)
Department: Human Resources

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the welcoming face of our corporate office by greeting employees and visitors at the front desk.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and book employee travel arrangements.
  • Assist the HR team with entering, updating, and maintaining employee information in HR systems and databases.
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute HR reports.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership and team members as needed.
  • Support HR programs, projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with managers and cross-functional teams on employee-related initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
