Job description

PAY RANGE: $15.00 - $22.00 / hour

Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications.

In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, performance-based increases, and bonuses.

In this role, you'll operate single, tandem, and multi-axle trucks to transport products, equipment, and supplies while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining compliance with safety and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operates trucks, trailers, forklifts, and related equipment
  • Delivery of agronomy and energy products to customer and company locations
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Ensure deliveries and pickups are completed on schedule
  • Complete delivery documentation, logbooks, and related paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance of vehicle and equipment
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, Environmental Health & Safety, and company policies

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and agricultural equipment preferred
  • Previous agronomy or energy transportation experience is a plus

License & Requirement

  • CDL with appropriate endorsements (HazMat/Tanker) required or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work extended hours, as work conditions require
