Job description

OVERVIEW: A Project Surveyor is responsible for the technical production of survey projects. The major objectives are the quality (accuracy, thoroughness, clarity and meets regulatory requirements) of work, meeting schedules, within budgets and responsive service to client. Organize technical production, direct field work, checking work (quality control) and communicating with project manager.
This position provides vital, flexible support to the Geomatics team. Operating on an "as needed" temporary basis, this role requires a candidate who can step in seamlessly to complete project production and oversight. There are no guaranteed weekly hours, and the schedule is determined based on department needs and the employee's availability.
