Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
  • Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
  • Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
  • Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet established standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
  • Maintain proper cash handling and POS accuracy
  • Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
  • Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails

Compensation

This is an hourly position with the opportunity for on-call or part time hours and a base wage of $8.00 per hour + tips. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
