About the Role:
Join The Goddard School of Roswell (Holcomb Bridge) as a Part-Time Support Teacher! This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and welcoming environment from 2pm to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead teachers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans.
  • Supervise and engage children during playtime and structured activities.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
  • Support the development of social and emotional skills in children.
  • Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive play.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule with availability from 2pm to 6pm.
  • Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
