We are seeking a part-time professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering the Lynx platform. The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support, assist with system configuration and troubleshooting, and help ensure the continued effectiveness of Lynx-related processes and programs
- Provide ongoing Lynx system support and user assistance.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.
- Assist with system updates, configurations, and process improvements.
- Support customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings, training events, and occasional travel as needed.
- Demonstrated experience working with the Lynx system/platform.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card).
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time support capacity.
Hourly Rate: $50.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
