About the Role:
Join ABUNDANT HOME CARE LLC as a Telehealth Support Aide, where you will play a vital role in providing remote support to our clients. We are seeking passionate Spanish-speaking individuals to help enhance the quality of care and communication for our diverse clientele in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide telehealth support and guidance to clients in person that have provider visits via phone and video calls.
  • Assist clients in navigating telehealth platforms and scheduling appointments.
  • Document client interactions and update care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate clients on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide empathetic support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:
