A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options (depending on how many hours worked and per contract) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Shift Supervisor Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Vehicle patrols around the building a surrounding tenants Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Gather necessary information from callers during emergencies

Dispatch appropriate assistance and coordinate with emergency services. Provide clear instructions and guidance during emergencies over the telephone. Coordinate with security personnel or other stakeholders over the telephone.

Operate security systems: monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Understand security protocols and procedures for system operations. Respond to security alerts and alarms.

Generate and analyze security reports. Manage relationships directly, Build rapport and trust with others. Conduct security-related interviews or investigations.

Coordinate responses to security incidents. Collaborate with other departments on security-related projects. Conduct security-related interviews or investigations.

Qualifications of Surveillance Security Shift Supervisor You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process You have a valid driver's license You have Corporate Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 3 years or more You have an active DCJS Security License You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements Must have experience utilizing Microsoft applications or Google applications, and Security Systems.
