POSITION SUMMARYย
Show Supervisorsย areย responsible forย overseeing Seattle Theatre Groupโs (STG) live event box office operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising box office staff, resolving ticketing issues, managing holds and guest lists, and generating reports for show settlement. The role also involves back-office ticket fulfillment, advance reporting, and pre-settlement preparation. This position earns between $25.08 - $30.09/hourย (midpoint $30.09) DOE, and has paid safe/sick leave.
In addition, this position is cross-trained in daytime customer service operations, including responding to patron inquiries via email, answering phone calls, andย assistingย with in-person ticket sales at the box office.ย
Work schedules areย establishedย monthly, with weekly hours varying based on event volume. This role requires in-person, on-site work, including multiple days each week at both the administrative office and event venues. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays isย required.ย
Candidates must be available to work at all STG venues, including The Paramount, The Moore, The Neptune, andย Theย 5th Avenue Theatres, Kerry Hall, and our outdoor concert venue, Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA.ย

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESย include the following. Other duties may be assigned.ย
- Supervise andย assistย staff on live showsย forย matinee,ย evening,ย weekendย and holidayย performancesย
- Work with Front of House staff resolving seating issuesย
- Resolve patron customer service issuesย
- Facilitate guest lists and other artist needsย
- Fulfill client ticket orders as well as internal orders from other STG departmentsย
- Respondย in a timely mannerย to email requests both day of show and in advance of showย
- Prepare box office statement and settlement reportsย
- Monitor ticketย holdsย prior to the eventย
- Assistย staff with ticket fulfillmentย ย
- Print Will Call and organizeย additionalย materials such as venue access passesย
- Troubleshooting technology issues such as issues with ticketing software,ย scannersย and printersย
- Provide assistanceย when needed with box office andย subscriptionsย customer service such as engaging with patrons through email, phones and at walk up window.ย
- Coordinate staffing with Audience Services Managersย

QUALIFICATIONSย
- Prior supervisory experience in a box office or live event venueย
- Proficiencyย in Ticketmasterย TMWinย HOST andย Archticsย ticketing software preferredย
- Must be available days, evenings,ย weekendsย and holidaysย
- Strong customer service background with excellent customer service skillsย
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adjusting to a variety of events and audience typesย
- Proficiencyย in Microsoft 365 Office suite of programsย
- Touch type and ten keyย proficienciesย
- Basic math and accountingย proficiencyย
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSย
- Vision โ corrected vision close to 20/20 is necessary to effectively use the computer screenย
- Sitting/Standing/Walking โ about 50% of the time is spent seated at a deskย
