Position: Support Staff – Busser
Reporting To: FOH Manager, General Manager
FLSA Classification: Part-Time
Job Summary

Buck & Honey’s is seeking enthusiastic and friendly bussers and food runners to join our team! Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for this role. Candidates must have weekend availability, and ideally available to work 1-2 PM Busser shifts mid-week. 
As a support staff member, you’ll assist servers and bartenders to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests. In this role, you may serve as a host, busser, food runner, or dock hand, contributing to the seamless flow of restaurant operations. At Buck & Honey’s, support staff deliver exceptional hospitality with enthusiasm, positivity, and a personal touch.
Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Interactions

  • Act professionally and positively with coworkers, guests, and the public.
  • Answer phones, take reservations, and process take-out orders (hosts, dock hands).
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently.
  • Collaborate as a supportive teammate with all coworkers.
Housekeeping

  • Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Perform hourly restroom checks, ensuring proper levels of supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap, toilet paper).
