Position Overview:
 

The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Office Manager:
 

  • Orders and maintains all office supplies and safety equipment

  • Completes onboarding tasks for new hires (including ordering drug tests) as assigned

  • Updates staff directory quarterly

  • Observes office conditions and coordinates maintenance or safety repairs required

  • Assembles literature as needed

  • Organizes office events, coordinates hotel requests, and orders catering as needed

  • Maintains DASH oversight (e.g., ordering/replacing and reporting damages)

  • Serves as office support (including but not limited to: entering information into various software systems, compiling notes and grids to be turned into appropriate departments, taking minutes during meetings, completing phone surveys, coordinating training schedules, and handling incoming calls)

  • Maintains subcontractor contracts and manages invoices for subcontractor services

  • Maintains and reconciles petty cash

  • Coordinates yearly fire extinguisher checks

  • Travels to nearby offices if necessary

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • This part-time position would be for 3 days (Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday) per week totaling 24 hours. 

Salary:

$30 - $32 per hour based on education and experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Administrative experience (required)

  • Proven track record of successful office management and/or administrative work (required)

  • Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism (required)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and maintain flexible approach to changing priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
