To thrive as a Part-Time Statistician, you need a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis, usually supported by a degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Familiarity with statistical software such as R, SAS, SPSS, or Python, and proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel, are commonly required.
