Business Office Assistant
Part-Time to Full-Time | 25–40 Hours Per Week


A growing Midwest-based company is seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to assist with operational coordination, scheduling, data management, and media workflow support across multiple business divisions.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, deadlines, and working behind the scenes to help operations run smoothly in a fast-paced media environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily commercial scheduling and operational workflow
• Managing program and advertising logs for accuracy and timing
• Assisting with order entry, revisions, and schedule adjustments
• Reviewing airtime schedules, formatting, and timing reports
• Working with sales teams and operational staff to ensure campaigns and projects are executed properly
• Data entry and database management
• Assisting with production scheduling and workflow coordination
• Managing digital files, internal systems, and operational records
• Communicating with internal departments regarding schedule changes, deadlines, and project updates
• Monitoring workflow deadlines and helping maintain operational efficiency


Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning software systems and operational platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in radio, broadcast traffic, media operations, scheduling, production coordination, or administrative support is preferred but not required
