Position Overview
UFC GYM is seeking a dependable and hands-on Part-Time IT Support Technician to support our Oahu locations. This role helps ensure our clubs operate efficiently by assisting with day-to-day technical needs and maintaining essential systems.
This position will primarily support one home club but may require visits to up to four local UFC GYM locations on Oahu as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site IT support for club operations, including front desk systems, POS devices, printers, scanners, phones, and network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (wired and Wi-Fi)
  • Assist with setup, testing, and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Help maintain uptime for essential systems such as member check-in, billing, retail, and class management platforms
  • Provide first-level support for cybersecurity-related concerns and report any suspicious activity to corporate IT
  • Assist with basic server, backup, and system monitoring tasks under the direction of senior IT staff
  • Respond to help desk tickets and support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and deactivate employee email accounts and update distribution lists as needed
  • Coordinate with corporate IT or third-party vendors for escalated issues
  • Document technical issues, equipment inventory, and resolutions
  • Support small IT-related projects across multiple Oahu locations as needed

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
  • Experience supporting POS systems and peripheral devices preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation to travel between local Oahu locations

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving equipment as needed
  • Able to work in an active gym environment

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
