The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our  Part time & On-Call Event Staff team and seasonal server positions in our pool side restaurant. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule, especially on weekends.

As an on-call team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for our members and guests during a variety of events including weddings, themed parties, golf outings, corporate functions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces (tables, chairs, linens, décor, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional service during events, including food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Follow event timelines and instructions from the Events Manager or Banquet Captain.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after functions.
  • Assist in service for the Arbor Grill.

Qualifications:
  • Prior hospitality or event service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move event equipment (tables, chairs, etc.).
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong communication skills.
  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
