NEW GRADS WELCOME!!Position OverviewSummit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our
Columbia, South Carolina clinic on a Part-Time basis (Tuesdays only until further notice).
In this role, you will support physicians and clinical teams in delivering specialized spine and pain management care while providing exceptional patient experiences in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for assigned patients using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes in symptoms or behaviors to the appropriate provider
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and accurately document patient interactions
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical equipment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
Compensation & Additional Benefits - $10/hour differential when traveling outside of your assigned region
