We are currently hiring part-time caregivers to support seniors in central and south Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Tigard, Wilsonville, Sherwood, and surrounding areas.
Our caregivers are the heart of our business. We offer training, professional development opportunities, and performance bonuses. You will receive high-quality 24/7 support from our office, including a special program for new employees.
What You'll Do Each Day:
  • Activities of Daily Living: Following a care plan, you'll help seniors with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, safe mobility, and staying active.
  • Light Housekeeping and Meal Prep: Maintain a clean and comfortable home environment, and prepare nutritious meals.
  • Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities and provide a friendly presence.
  • Errands: Transport clients to appointments, stores, social events, and more.
  • Support: Foster their independence, monitor their health, and keep family members informed.

Who You Are:
  • Dependable, caring, patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in working with seniors.
  • Strong communicator who can build trust with clients and their families.
  • Willingness and ability to perform personal care as needed.
  • Physical capability to assist clients with mobility, as needed.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Willingness and ability to drive clients on errands, as needed (you must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance).
  • Previous professional or personal caregiving experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training to the right candidates.
