Part-Time School Bus Driver

Position Title: Part-Time School Bus Driver
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (higher rate available based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Part-Time School Bus Driver to transport students on our South Side route. This position offers consistent daily hours with opportunities for additional work throughout the school year.

Schedule
  • Approximate daily route times:

    • Morning: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

    • Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Additional hours may be available for:

    • Early release days (adjusted schedules)

    • Field trips

    • Other transportation needs

Route Area

South Side route serving areas including:

  • Bartow

  • Mulberry

  • Fort Meade

  • Lake Wales

  • Wahneta

  • Winter Haven

Route locations may vary based on student ridership and transportation needs.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities.

  • Follow all traffic laws, school transportation regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, parents, and school staff.

  • Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and transportation.
