08/25/2025Lewiston-Altura Public Schools is accepting applications for an afternoon school bus route driver for the 2025-26 school year. This position will cover afternoon routes from 2:50-4:15pm on school days. We are also looking for drivers to drive teams to and from activities after school hours.
We will train new drivers! Drivers must obtain valid CDL license and appropriate endorsements (Passenger and School Bus), and pass a criminal background check. Drivers are subject to random drug & alcohol testing and annual driving record checks (in accordance with Minnesota State Law). Questions can be directed to Kevin Ziebell at 507-523-2767.
Lewiston-Altura is a close-knit, rural school district nestled in the scenic bluff country of southeastern Minnesota. The district serves the welcoming communities of Lewiston and Altura, located along U.S. Highway 14-about 25 miles east of Rochester and 10 miles west of Winona. Lewiston-Altura Schools educate approximately 500 engaged and respectful students from early childhood through grade 12. The district's dedicated team of around 80 staff members is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all learners.
