Responsibilities
  • Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
  • Calls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on-duty, either in-studio or remotely
  • Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
  • Know how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining
  • Assist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
  • Ensuring studio is always show-ready and SPENGA clean
  • Attend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter
  • Attend monthly team meetings evenings 8pm for one hour MANDATORY
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
  • Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day
  • Help retain and increase client participation, to include:
    • Social Media: Posting IG reels, stories & posts - BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Don't stress over perfection! Copy other studios/trending audios, etc.
    • Managing /supporting various In-studio challenges, including Bingo, Hellth Week, Century RIde, You vs You Challenge
