Location: Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul
Compensation: $45 per hour (depending on experience)

Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurseto join our in-home care team. In this role, you will oversee client care, conduct nursing assessments, and collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure safe, high-quality services are delivered in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Reports To: RN Supervisor
Areas We Serve: Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Minneapolis, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, Saint Paul, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client homes to complete nursing assessments and observations
  • Evaluate clients regularly to ensure care plans remain appropriate and effective
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Provide clinical guidance, education, and ongoing support to caregivers
  • Address client and family concerns while ensuring patient rights are respected
  • Coach caregivers on safety procedures, best practices, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with management to support operational improvements and consistent quality care
  • Serve as a mentor to staff, promoting professionalism and excellence in caregiving

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred
  • Comfortable using technology and software systems (WellSky, Microsoft Office 365 a plus)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
  • Experience supervising or mentoring caregivers preferred

Education & Licensure Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current and active RN license
  • Maintain CEU requirements per Board of Nursing standards
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to commute to work
