? What You’ll Do

As our Clinical Educator, you will help shape the success of our clinical team by leading education, training, and quality initiatives:

  • Lead and support new team member orientation

  • Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs

  • Coordinate and maintain the annual education calendar

  • Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications

  • Lead QAPI initiatives (quarterly)

  • Facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings

  • Support tele-psych (long-term psychiatric management)

  • Monitor and support staff compliance (TB testing, education requirements)

  • Assist with policy development and process improvement
