Job description

Are you a nursing student looking for hands-on clinical experience or a retired nurse who wants to stay engaged in patient care on a flexible schedule? We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled RN or LPN to join our team for a part-time 12-hour night shift (one night per week). This role allows you to provide skilled, hands-on care in a 12 bed, supportive, homelike environment with excellent staffing ratios and a focus on quality care without burnout. You will work alongside CNAs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure clinical best practices are followed. Competitive differentials for second shift, overnight shifts and weekends. For those interested, there is also the opportunity to pick up additional on-call shifts at $4/hr, providing extra income if desired.
