Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who is seeking flexibility in your work schedule while providing high quality in home health care to children with various medical needs and still receive great pay and benefits? We are looking for LPNs & RNs to provide nursing services in various locations in Prince George's & Charles County Maryland for day, evening and/or night shifts (Part- time and Full time hours). Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible for safe and effective delivery of quality patient home care to include taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications, providing personal hygiene care, etc.
  • Communicate with RN Supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care in a manner that maximizes safe and effective delivery of home nursing services.
  • Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Report and document nursing care given and patient response, recognizing any alterations in patient needs and intervening accordingly.
