What You'll Do a RN: Registered Nurse:

  • Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
