Pay: $40 to $50 per visit

Epic Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN to complete monthly follow-up visits for our AFC and GAFC members throughout Massachusetts. This is a per diem position that offers flexibility and is ideal for a nurse looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly follow-up visits with members
  • Monitor and document changes in health condition
  • Follow up with PCPs, managed care plans, and other providers as needed
  • Help coordinate and confirm necessary appointments
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with agency staff to support continuity and quality of care

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
  • Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts with reliable transportation
