Registered Nurse - RN - Hudson Valley - Cardiac Cath Lab - Part Time
Cardiac nursing at New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital means complex cases, rare technology - and a finely tuned, inspiring team care-giving approach. Across screening, diagnosis, treatment and care, our nurses drive the sharing of knowledge and practices that make a life-changing difference for patients. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory is at the cutting edge of interventional cardiology to render the best quality, cutting-edge, minimally invasive interventional services for patients with cardiac disease. Nurses work side-by-side with physicians who utilize highly effective techniques to obviate the need for open-heart surgery, consequently reducing the number of invasive procedures performed on patients.
This is a part time position, working 6:30a - 7:30p with call requirement, at NYP Hudson Valley Hospital (1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY).
Preferred Criteria
  • Previous nursing experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency department settings

Required Criteria
  • At least one year of acute care RN experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS & ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
