What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with mental health conditions, eating disorders, and other behavioral health needs.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits to support recovery, overall wellness, and long-term health.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Lead one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions and group nutrition education classes.
- Help improve patient outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
