RN Responsibilities:

  • Perform care as defined by clientโ€™s individual Plan of Care and within scope of stateโ€™s nurse practice act
  • Monitor patientโ€™s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
  • Blood sugar testing, Acute or Chronic disease management
  • Medication set up, administration and oversight, monitor and assess vital signs
  • Ostomy and catheter maintenance 
  • Provide services such as IV Infusion, wound care, injections, blood draws requiring specialized nursing skill
  • Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

RN Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted RN license in application state
  • Preferred: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
  • Minimum 1 year experience on your license
  • Reliable car/auto insurance
  • Clean background and criminal record
  • Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
