Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support your Pod's nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
  • Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
  • Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
  • Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
  • Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
  • Two years RN experience.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
