Job Description

ComForCare Home Care Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Part-Time RN to perform in-home assessments/re-assessments. This role offers flexibility, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who served our country.
Key Responsibilities

  • Complete bi-weekly in-home reassessments for veteran clients
  • Visit approximately 1215 clients per week - 25-30 hours per week.
  • Schedule appointments directly with clients
  • Verify and update medications and health status
  • Document all findings in our SwyftOps system
Compensation & Schedule

  • Mileage reimbursement included

Qualifications

  • Active RN (required)
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
