Nurses at Home is a home health company starting with you! We are looking for per diem RN clinical case managers in Hartford, Middlesex & Litchfield Counties. We prefer either 1 year of hospital or homecare experience and the ability to proficiently complete OASIS. We are looking for those special nurses with positive attitudes, proficiency, and warm hearts and we are offering top of the industry rates for it.

Nurses at Home has just gone into operation and we are looking to hire several per diem RN nurses. We envision our new hires starting out with part-time hours and having the ability to grow into full-time employees as the caseload grows or stay on as per diem / part-time.
