Description
Community Services Institute (CSI) is seeking a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts to serve as a Psychological Testing Supervisor within our APA-accredited doctoral internship program for MassHealth clients.
This is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting doctoral interns in developing psychological assessment skills through supervision, consultation, and training. The Psychological Testing Supervisor will work under the Director of Clinical Services, helping interns strengthen their skills in psychological testing, assessment, interpretation, and integrated report writing within a supportive and collaborative training environment.
ABOUT US:
Community Services Institute (CSI) was developed using a community outreach model as a response to the deinstitutionalization movement of the early 1980s. During this time, long-term psychiatric hospitals were replaced with community mental health services. CSI strives to offer outreach therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including home, community, schools, and now telehealth.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
• Facilitating a weekly psychological assessment didactic on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM
• Leading discussions on psychological testing measures, assessment concepts, and case presentation questions.
• Reviewing, providing feedback on, and signing intern psychological testing reports
• Meeting with interns individually, as needed, to discuss assessment cases and clinical questions.
• Attending the internship training staff meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, 12:00-1:00 PM.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts required
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing integrated reports is required.
• Experience supervising trainees or working within training programs preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
This position averages approximately 2-4 hours per week.

Salary Description
60 per hr - $75 per hr
