Position Overviewย 

Essnovaย Solutions is seeking aย Senior Qualtrics Implementation & Integration Specialistย to provide ongoing technical advisory and implementation support for Department of Defense (DoD) survey and analytics programs.ย 

This role is designed as aย part-time, on-demand subject matter expert engagementย to ensure platform stability, enterprise integration alignment, andย architectural bestย practices across Qualtrics deployments.ย 

The ideal candidate has deep implementation experience with Qualtrics in federal environments and understands secure data integrations involving AWS and enterprise analytics platforms such asย Advana.ย 

This is a senior-level SME role focused on architecture, integration, and governance - not a survey builder position.ย 

Scope of Supportย 

Platform Architecture & Implementation Oversightย 

  • Review andย optimizeย existing Qualtrics configurations.ย 
  • Adviseย onย workflow automation and platform scalability.ย 
  • Ensure survey lifecycle controls align with federal compliance expectations.ย 
  • Identifyย architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies.ย 

Enterprise Data Integrationย 

  • Support integration between Qualtrics and:ย 
  • AWS environments (e.g., S3, secure data pipelines)ย 
  • DoD data systemsย 
  • Advanaย or similar enterprise analytics platformsย 
  • Validate structured data exports to align with downstream database requirements.ย 
  • Ensure timestamp integrity, data traceability, and duplication controls.ย 

Governance & Sustainmentย 

  • Provide periodic platform health assessments.ย 
  • Recommend configuration standards and documentation practices.ย 
  • Support transition away from fragile/manual workflows.ย 
  • Establish resilient architecture with redundancy controls.ย 

Technical Advisory to Program Leadershipย
